Welcome to James D. Moore Memorial Foundation

We want to thank you personally for visiting our website.

James’s legacy will live forever in the lives and hearts of all of those he touched in his 43 plus years on this Earth.

We are dedicated to honoring and preserving his legacy by sharing his amazing story of love and courage,
and by stepping up to help lead the fight against Sepsis!

WHAT WE DO

Sepsis affects roughly 1.7 million adults in the U.S. annually. Among those infected, sepsis contributes to more than a quarter of a million deaths. The JDMM foundation was created to help save lives and improve outcomes for sepsis survivors. We advocate, work to raise public awareness, educate health professionals and support those affected by sepsis.

HOW CAN YOU HELP US?

We can’t accomplish our mission without your generous support. Donations are used to help to further our mission, cause and initiatives which helps advocate and bring awareness to sepsis.

BECOME VOLUNTEER

Volunteers are needed to help support various community events and causes. Watch out for this space as well as our social media pages for upcoming opportunities. We often need volunteers for various events / campaigns / fundraisers / awareness programs / and projects. We also encourage students who wish to do their required community service hours to intern with us.
